Lawn Partner Terms of Service

Please read these Lawn Partner Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully. By connecting a Stripe account and checking the consent boxes on the MowClick Platform, you ("Partner", "Contractor", "Provider") agree to be legally bound by this agreement with MowClick LLC ("Platform", "MowClick").

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

You represent and agree that you operate an independent business entity. You are NOT an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of MowClick.

• You supply and maintain all your own equipment, vehicle, fuels, and tools.
• You retain absolute discretion on the schedule, sequence, and manner of performing lawn services.
• You are responsible for obtaining your own commercial liability insurance and managing any business licenses or taxes.

2. Mandatory Identity Verification

To build a secure, trusted community, all partners must connect a Stripe payout account and undergo identity verification.

• You agree to provide accurate registration details (Full Legal Name, Date of Birth, SSN or Business EIN, and banking details).
• Stripe manages this verification securely. Payouts will remain paused by Stripe until identity checks are complete.
• MowClick reserves the right to suspend or terminate profiles if verification fails or matches flag abuse.

3. Launch Fee Structure & Platform Commission

MowClick facilitates payment matching using Stripe Connect:

• Stripe Processing Fee: All transactions are subject to a 3.5% transaction processing fee (covering standard credit card fees and routing charges).
• MowClick Platform Commission: Platform fees are 0% ($0.00) at launch for a limited time. We do not charge listing, subscription, or match fees for early partners.
• Future Updates: MowClick reserves the right to introduce platform fees in the future. Any platform commission changes will be announced with a minimum 14-day notice, allowing you to accept or decline the updated terms.

4. Service Quality & Lawn Verification Photos

To ensure customers release payment holds swiftly:

• Partners must upload clear before-and-after photos of the lawn yard directly via the dashboard upon completion of each cut.
• Payments are held in escrow via Stripe and captured within 24 hours of homeowner approval or automatic system clearance.
• Consistently low customer feedback ratings (below 4.0 stars) or failure to complete scheduled routes may result in profile deactivation.

5. Non-Solicitation & Platform Circumvention

Homeowners matched with you via MowClick must remain on-platform. You are strictly prohibited from soliciting offline deals, accepting private checks/cash, or circumventing MowClick booking engines for matched addresses. Circumvention harms community safety and results in immediate, permanent account ban.
